The
Martin Serra family has been in the restaurant industry for two generations.
Carlos 's grandparents were a chef and a restaurant manager
They opened their first Bar-restaurant in 1946 in Colonia de Sant Jordi
and was called Ca’n Serra.
Carlos's grandmother Catalina specialized in
rice dishes and fish dishes.
Carlos' father was the personal chef of Don Juan
March Ordinas, a famous banker and this is when he met his wife Apolonia.
In 1970 Carlos' father and mother opened their
restaurant. It Is a true family restaurant. Their specialties are rice with
Seafood, Paella , fish plates, grilled Seafood, desserts and homemade ice
cream.
The seafood is fresh as they have their own area
where they maintain the fish. The restaurants serves several types of
fresh lobsters
During the summer evening you can enjoy the
terrace which is in a wonderful location under the sun.
